Medical Jurisprudence and It's Applications: An Analysis of Indian and International Legal Perspectives

 

This Report concentrates on nature, scope, importance and basis of medical jurisprudence and the issues in which medical professionals or personnel may be apprehended or charged before a court of law or respective Tribunal for their act or omission. We tried to bring a glimpse on Medical Negligence and the issues related to it, also about the Forensic Medicine and Its Application. The Second Issue of this Report will be published soon.

A Report On: Indo-Afghan Relation

 

This Report focuses and aims at assessing the structure of comparative advantage in Afghanistan and India's trade linkages, collaboration, cultural links, and future prospects. In brief, we tried to elaborate India-Afghanistan ties and cultures (Chapter I), economical and commercial relationship of Afghanistan and India (Chapter II), and engagement in mutual organizations and agreements between two countries (Chapter III), the change in the scene post 1950s, especially post 2000 after the withdrawal of the Taliban from Afghanistan and so on. 

Simultaneously, Thinking about the possible solutions will lead both countries to success their relations like trade or simple costumes.

A Report On: Afghanistan's Humanitarian Crisis

 

This The report at hand sheds light on some of the fundamental rights being encroached upon. It explains the situation of the nation under Taliban rule encompassing minority rights to women and girls’ education to employment rights. In addition, the issue of corruption, economic crisis and the related issues has been discussed , Moreover, we have focused on the continuing issues in Afghanistan and a detailed analysis of the future possibilities with a ray of hope.

This training program is designed to teach basic skills a law student shall know and will contain large and small group discussions, the reflection of ideas and will help them get confident with necessary skills in educational sectors.

Our Internship programme

Legal WIND( World In Discourse) provides volunteering opportunities to law students, academicians, scholars, and others to excel in their designated fields. To promote research and application orientated learning on diverse parts of Indian and international laws which would help the interns to overcome the everyday challenge faced in the legal world.

The “LEGAL WIND” offers three categories of the internship;


1. Research Internship
2. Editorial Internship
3. Social Media Internship

For students, academicians, scholars to enhance their legal knowledge, research and editorial skills.

Research Internship :
Research Interns at Legal WIND will have the opportunity to:
1. Conduct research on contemporary issues of law and policy.
2. Assist with drafting reports/policy papers.
3. Interact with legal academics and practising lawyers.
4. The tenure of the Research Internship is one month and can be extended as per the interest and performance of the candidate.
5. Managing Events and Initiatives.

Editorial Internship:
1. The editorial internship is a 3-months program.
Here, the interns would,
2. Edit and Proofread articles and prepare them for the stage of publication.
3. Write contents and Research papers as per the need and that will be decided by the Editorial Board.
4. To be an active part of our projects, events and initiatives.
5. This program has been created to navigate the interns into the world of legal intricacies and learn the art of editorial.
6. The Best Editorial Intern will get an opportunity to be a part of the Editorial Board.

Social Media Internship:
1. The Social Media Internship is a 2-months program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Moderate and manage our social media profiles.
• Operating social media profiles for campaign events and publications.
• Maintain, post and, update social media profiles such as Twitter, Facebook, Linked In and Instagram with appropriate and appealing content.
• Assist with social media analytics and reporting.
• Assist in loading/producing social media graphics.
• Help develop strategies for capturing target audience and current customer engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education:
To apply for our Internship Programme, a person should have:
1. Advanced knowledge of popular social media platforms from a brand perspective.
2. An efficient Research ability.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Proficient in Poster Making and Graphics. (For Social Media Only)
7. An undergraduate student of law and any professional from a legal background can apply for Research and Editorial Internship.
8. The Graduates, as well as students of Law and Arts, can apply for Social Media Internship.
