5. Plagiarism
– Less than or equal to 15%. The Managing Editors and the Review Board reserve all the rights to reject the article based on the Plagiarism Report.

6. Grammar Check
– The Grammar check shall be compulsorily performed by the content writers. Grammatical errors detected, on submission, in number more than 10 shall be rejected by the Review Board or the Managing Editors.

7. Deadline
– The articles shall be submitted within the allotted time, a transgression of the deadline shall lead to rejection of the articles. A grace period of 2 days shall be allowed only in exceptional cases, the reason for which shall be conveyed to the Managing Editors. Any vague reason may lead to rejection of the request for a grace period.

8. The articles, shall be submitted in Word Format and shall bear the name of the topic and the writer .
​
9. The writer, shall attach one image related to their work inserted in the word file. The image must not be normal but a different one representing the content. And also to avoid copyright issues, it should be available freely and publicly accessible. Mention the source of the images in its caption
10. For any matter not discussed, in the General and Specific Instruction, guidance of the Managing Editors shall be sought at all levels.
